This privacy statement (the “Privacy Policy”) applies to all personally identifiable information (collectively, “Personal Data”) and other information that is collected by PokerClips.ca (”PokerClips.ca”) through its website, including www.PokerClips.ca, (the “Site”).

PokerClips.ca Registered Users – Collection of Personal Data

To support the provision of certain features on this Site, PokerClips.ca may collect Personal Data should you choose to register on this Site (”PokerClips.ca Registered User”).

If you become a PokerClips.ca Registered User, from time to time PokerClips.ca may request information, including Personal Data about you such as your name and email addresses. Providing Personal Data is entirely optional, although some Site features may not work without it. Wherever we request Personal Data we make an effort to provide a link to this Privacy Policy.

By voluntarily providing us with Personal Data, you are consenting to our use of it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Using “Cookie” Technology

PokerClips.ca and certain PokerClips.ca Partners use a software technology called “cookies” to collect non-personal information about Internet visitors. Log Files

Sharing and Disclosing Your Personal Data

In addition to the disclosures of Personal Data described above, there are certain circumstances in which we may share your Personal Data with certain third parties without further notice to you, as set forth below:

Sale of PokerClips.ca: In the event of a sale or transfer of the assets of our business we may transfer information, including Personal Data to the acquiring entity. All information, including Personal Data, collected through our Site is considered a trade secret of PokerClips.ca. As the owner of such information, we may disclose or sell such information as an asset of the company in conjunction with the sale to a third party of our company or a portion of our assets.

Exclusions

This Privacy Policy shall not apply to any unsolicited information (such as comments and feedback) you provide to PokerClips.ca through the Site and/or that you post to any public areas of the Site, such as comments and discussion boards (collectively, “Unsolicited Information”). All such Unsolicited Information shall be deemed to be non-confidential and PokerClips.ca shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute such Unsolicited Information to others without limitation or attribution. You should be aware that if you voluntarily disclose Unsolicited Information online, that Unsolicited Information can be collected and used by others. For example, if you post your email address in comments sections or online forums, you may receive unsolicited messages from others. PokerClips.ca has no control over the use of Personal Data that you voluntarily post in public forums.

PokerClips.ca reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, refuse to post or remove any posting or communication (including email) by you, or to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the Site at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability.

We take security seriously. It is our top priority to ensure that all current and future information collected from our users is secure and we use commercial best practices to protect our systems.

Notification of Changes

From time to time we may make changes to our Privacy Policy. A User is bound by any changes to the policy when she or he uses the Site after those changes have been posted. Any/All Users are responsible to review the Privacy Policy regularly.
